Our people

Hélène is a qualified attorney, member of the Paris Bar and Luxembourg Bar. She specialises in general corporate law, private equity transactions and mergers & acquisitions. Hélène has extensive experience in cross-border transactions involving private equity investments and exits, real estate fund managers, and major M&A transactions including pre-transactional legal due diligence reviews and general corporate restructurings. Prior to joining D.Law, she worked in two UK-based Luxembourg law firms for an aggregate period of eight years.

Hélène holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law (cum laude) from the University of Aix-Marseille (France) and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow (United Kingdom).

Hélène is fluent in French and English.
